Terrain: - Rain forest of Pacific slope of Western Andes in south-west Colombia. Hill terrain with many streams and dense understorey vegetation

Hotel: - Reserva Natural Rio Nambi has full accommodation and 3-meals a day for all visitors. Even 24 hr energy from their own mini hydro-electric plant

Route: - Public transport bus, walking 5 hours from Pasto and 2 hours from Tumaco

Essentials: - Umbrella, rubber boots, torch. No sleeping bag needed
